All submission fees paid for the WedJoin Awards are strictly non-refundable.
Once a submission (including photos and payment) has been successfully completed, it cannot be canceled or refunded for any reason.
Please ensure you are satisfied with your chosen photos and have reviewed all details before finalizing your submission.
Disqualification & Refunds
If an entry is disqualified due to a violation of our terms and conditions (e.g., plagiarism, inappropriate content, failure to meet eligibility criteria, non-provision of required files), no refund will be issued.
Disqualification may occur at any stage if rules are not followed. Please read all official rules and guidelines before submitting.

If you have made a payment but are unable to upload your photos or face technical issues preventing participation, please contact us at awards@wedjoin.com with your transaction ID and details. We will resolve your queries within 24 hours.
